WELL I THINK BARACK OBAMA AND JOE BIDDEN ARE BOTH RIGHT BECAUSE ITS NOT FAIR THAT US AFRICAN AMERICANS HAVE TO GET CHARGED WITH MORE THAN WE HAVE WHEN THERE ARE WHITE AMERICANS OUT THERE DOING THE SAME THING BUT GETTING CHARGED WITH LESS (NOTE] THIS LAW WAS DESIGNED FOR BLACK BECAUSE IF IT WAS DESIGNED FOR WHITES IT WOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED
